Review: OVERPRICED!!!! Selling a lot of high end stuff. I guess since their in a tourist town they are trying to get the visitor's money. Not too good for the locals. The 2 guys in the store ignored me after they realized I wasn't interested in the high dollar cards which takes up most of the store.

Review: This store does have a lot to offer collectors. Downside is that the guys running the shop are knowledgeable but do not like helping someone that is not looking at the highend of the case. They will not come down much on the price of cards either.

Review: Not a fan of this shop or the owner, been doing cards for 25 years and never have I felt that my business was so unwanted. I truly hope by my vacation next year this shop is under new ownership, or atleast the owner learns how to be a decent person.

Review: Way to high on his prices. If he knew half of what he thought he did he would have a great shop...

Review: Great selection of singles if you ask, as his shop is well organized... but be prepared to pay. I understand the higher overhead with the shop being located in the middle of the city, but if you have a taste for $2-3 base cards of scrub players in you PC, pass this. On another note, the shop is one of the cleanest and best organized in the nation. Rick is friendly if you take your part and do some research before coming to him to ask questions, but it seems he doesn't have a taste for newer collectors. The wax selection varies, as he only orders as needed. If you're looking to bust a certain product, make it possible to be there a few days after it releases or you may be looking at some empty shelves. Prices on wax varies, as he asks $20-30 more than online retailers. During some promotions, however, that price doesn't sound as bad. If you're a new collector, looking for some insight into the hobby, this shop isn't for you. But, if you're the cardboard savvy person that enjoys a in depth discussion and is able to throw down some extra cash, make a trip to the Dugout.

Review: I have been here multiple times and have done some dealing with the owner some things can be a little high but he is very good on working with someone on the cards you want. Unless you don't know anything about dealing with cards then he will not work with you that much. All you have to do is talk about sports and know what you are talking about and he is very nice. Overall it is a great shop to go to and buy and sometimes sell cards

Review: I hate to say but I agree with all of you. If you know what you are talking about he will be nice and talk to you. But for the most part his cases are full of just $5-20 dollar cards. I have been able to see some of his boxes that he doesnt bring out to everyone, and that lends to the agreement of his being of the higher price bracket of store. I will admit I have spent my fair share of money there, but wish he was nicer to talk to, and more friendly with everyone that comes in. Also gives very little when it comes to trade or anything. Like 30% on the dollar for the book. Which is lending to his pricey store. Unfortunately there arent many decent stores in this area to compete, and I think he knows that. I rate his store better than average on cleanliness but below average for cards that are out, selection of boxes (which usually are a bunch from the current year, and one or two from the last year or two, and also attitude sometimes. There are better shops in Charlotte and in VA.

Review: Didnt even bother to look at the singles, because I went to buy a few boxes of wax. Seen about 4 different products and I was shocked to see the prices. Seen two boxes I was interested in, pulled out my phone to check my two online shops I always buy from, one box online was 63.00, this guys was 120.00 ( i'm serious) 2nd box online was 86.00 and this shop was asking 129.00. This shop is an embarrasment, places like this ruin the hobby, i wouldnt go to this shop again if Babe Ruth was inside signing.

Review: Worst shop I have ever been in they talk to you like you know nothing.ive been collecting for around twenty years I don't know it all but I'm not stupid but these guys think every one that comes in is small minded ,there cards are way over priced ,wants a 1000 dollars for a Marcus Marriott auto rookie and it's not even a one of one. If they would get with the program and stop talking down to people ,I'm sure there overhead is high, but that's not my fault.wants to give 120 dollars for a one of one on card auto of Tom Brady, so your telling me Marcus marital auto rookie 45 of 99 is worth more than a one of one Tom Brady on card auto? A real joke stay away.
