Have you ever received a damaged card from a freshly opened Topps pack? Have you ever opened a Topps Hobby Box only to find the “Hit” was missing? Topps wants to make things right so they have made this great video that tells you everything you need to know about requesting a replacement card from Topps.
If you are missing a “Hit” from a Topps product: Email support@topps.com to request a replacement. You will need to provide a scan of the pack wrapper, UPC code and a store receipt along with your name and complete shipping address.
If you receive a damaged card from a Topps product: Send the damaged card or cards, the pack wrapper with UPC code and store receipt to:
