Kirkland Sportscards

Kirkland Sportscards in Washington is home to one of the hobby's all-time biggest pulls. An original 1887 Mike "King" Kelly Allen & Ginter insert card was pulled from the 2008 Allen & Ginter product. The Original “King” Kelly is the oldest and rarest baseball card ever inserted into a modern hobby box. News of this incredible break put Kirkland Sportscards on the national collecting map as Beckett Sports Collectors monthly magazine featured Kirkland Sportscards on page one of its Sept. 2008 issue. To area collectors, the news of a big hit at KSC was not a shock. Great pulls are common at the store due to its strict policy of never opening boxes or packs and no cherry-picking, which keeps area collectors coming back for the best possible odds time and time again.

Kirkland Sportscards has a wide selection of new unopened hobby boxes and packs, and display cases loaded with high-quality modern and vintage singles, autographed memorabilia, hobby supplies and more. Collectors from all over the state of Washington have to come to know this store for its customer service and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. The shop is located at 12700 NE 124th St., #206 (Totem Commercial Center - just east of Toyota of Kirkland - 2 blocks east of Exit 20B off I-405 Northbound )

Kirkland Sportscards is a great shop to spend an afternoon busting some unopened wax boxes and looking through the bargain boxes. The shop's fun atmosphere makes everyone feel welcome the second they walk through the front door. Store owner, Marco, caters to experienced and novice collectors and always has time (and maybe a few free cards) for the newest collectors in the family. Free cards are also offered to students who present their regular school Progress Reports through the Topps of the Class program. Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts can also arrange to have a meeting to qualify for their Collector Merit badge and get free merchandise provided by Topps. If you are in the Kirkland / Seattle Eastside area, make a point to stop by this popular hobby shop.
