Marty's Sports Card Exchange Superstore

"Awesome inventory! This guy has shelves of unopened boxes of every product known to man in all sports. He usually also has some singles to search through that are discounted. Great guy. Loves to talk sports. One of the cleanest and most organized shops I have ever been in." - Chad Flatt

This is a great store. Quality merchandise at great prices. Mike is a great guy and treats you right. I've pulled autos, patches, and relics. I've also purchased great autographs at stellar prices.

Heroes & Legends Sports Cards and Collectibles

This shop just re-located to the new Cookeville Mall. I have been doing business with this shop for the last few years and have always gotten quality merchandise at great prices. I would suggest that any collectors in the middle TN area check this place out.

The Bat Cave
Conway
As the father of one of the principles at the Bat Cave, I can say that the whole operation seems very inviting, warm, friendly, holsom, and an overall comfortable place to hang out. Those who enjoy games and others to join in with their common interest might want to check it out. As for the way the business end is run I can not speak to, since I have never purchased an item, and have not dealt with them over the internet or by mail. All business can learn to service their customers better, and with young men of intergrity like Alex Huey and those who I have met there should be no problem that a customer might have that could not be resolved in the customer's favor. After all..."A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favor rather than siver and gold." Proverbs 22:1

Stevens Creek Sports Cards

I was visiting Bay Area and went to many card shops. This was clearly the best shop in the area. Actually this was the only to have hockey cards more than few newest packs and some RC or insert cards. The service was also OK. I liked and will visit again when I am back in the area next year.

Nice little shop. The owner is a bit strange. When I visited the store the owner was talking to a British guy about being in the militia when he lived in NM. The store has lots of sports and Magic wax, and a spin the wheel card game. Give it a try! J.

Hoopers Sports Cards
Scottsdale
I have been to this shop three times now and every single time they are just rude. I had planned to buy some cases or hobby boxes of premium cards and the owner told me he didn't know if he had any and made no effort at all to make a sale. I drove across town to a great card shop and dropped $1200 and then went home and ordered another $5,000 online. Poor customer service cost them a pretty decent sale. I will NEVER go back there again!

This is a great mom and pop style store, that you really dont see anymore, having never really been into magic the gathering, they helped me out, and have been helping me, they're good to repeat customers, and are really nice, plus they have a great selection of sports, gaming cards, and even board games

The owner loves to talk sports and the hobby; understands and respects that some collectors aren't in the hobby to make make. Has a great selection of singles, packs, boxes, and supplies. Carries many Cardinals, Cubs, and even cards of local products playing in the minors. Also carries football, basketball, and some hockey. Best baseball card store in Peoria area for over two decades.

Three Stars Sportscards
Roseville
well, i visited this "card store" for the first time yesterday, Feb. 15th, 2012. When I walked in i coudnt believe my eyes! this place was an absolute cluttered mess with small narrow walkways leading you to what i thought was the checkout. it turns out it was not. When i inquired about the 2011 topps chrome football packs i was told that " we will only sell by the box" which was at an outrageously high price! I ended up buying a box of 2011 Certified for more than it was worth and of course got nothing ( of course thats not 3 stars fault, its mine for wasting my money on panini products). where they get the statement "we are the largest sportscard store in minnesota" is beyond me. All i seen was clutter, three goof balls opening card packs, unorganized stacks of product, and piss poor service. I wont be returning to this store. i have heard an awful lot about how great this place was. Eek! Methinks not. i have been collecting for more than 30 years, i have never seen such a disapointment in my life. my rating: three bent corners and a crease down the middle. worthless.

One of the best card stores in the country. We like the contests they run from fantasy sports to kids nights with Topps Attax tournaments and card flipping. The owner really cares about his customers, especially children. We love how he give kids free stuff for good grades & runs essay contests for them.

Ricks Sports Cards

I also went there and Rick was very rude. His store is super small and he ignores the people who are not his friends. He never answers the phone and only works a few days a week. He also wont buy any cards that are newer than world war 2. So dont bother trying to sell your cards there. It was a horrible experience.

Valley Sports Card Shop
Tarzana
This place is a genuine Mom and Pop Sports Card shop! Since 1981 this place has been a haven for anyone collecting sports cards or memorabilia and now they've remodeled and expanded and offer a professional framing service and a second store! The front store has tons of Vintage, affordable and high end and you can find alot of custom framed sports memorabilia on the walls. The second store (3 doors down) has all current cards, great choices in wax packs and boxes and a new bid board. If you can't find what you're looking for the friendly staff will do their best to find it for you. Make this your one-stop hobby shop today!

This shop is amazing... the staff is really cool and helpful. The atmosphere is chill and laid back. I spent about an hour in the store talking to the store owner Bobby he knows his stuff and he's an active coach in Baseball, basketball and football. Real cool.

The guys here are always pretty helpful. Now the person that works there is pretty busy because he has to fetch for you the cards that you want instead of you getting to go through the boxes yourself, but other than that, they're pretty good.

Planet Collectibles
Florence
Horrible sports memorabilia shop. What little "memorabilia" they have is very hand made looking and very over priced. Pictures that look like they have been printed off the internet and put in a frame for $350. Also their customer service is terrible, they claim to not have time to look at items for you. Then when you come back when you know they'll have plenty of time i.e. a Friday afternoon at noon, they say that your item is not worth their time to look at. To top it off if you have a very high priced item, don't even waste your time taking it to them, they will claim it is a fake and offer less than one quarter of its true value. Please do yourself a favor next time you think of stopping in here, Don't.

Hoopers Sports Cards

There is a deep selection of vintage cards, but prices are too high. Selection of autograph & game-used cards is above average as is newer unopened boxes. Customer service from Mike is fantastic. He is personable, knowledgable, and always goes out of his way to help me and my kids. The old taller guy who I think is the owner is very moody, most of the time grouchy, and comes across as a rich snob who doesn't want to be bothered. The store has a nice environment with music and a big screen TV for sports viewing.
